Graffiti artist Teach has partnered up with clothing brand maharishi to create a series of artworks, limited prints and t-shirts in celebration of the Lunar Year of the Rat.
Maharishi have said about the collection; “Teach’s signature ‘YE’ throw up can be seen metamorphosed into a rat.”
“Inspiration stems from ‘The Photojournalist’ character played by Dennis Hopper – coincidentally born during the Year of the Rat – in the 1979 epic Apocalypse Now, a film that has frequently been referenced throughout past maharishi collections.”
